Boasting an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Gina honed her skills at prestigious hotels and began her career as a Chef. She is able to work both individually and as part of a team, and due to her experience in both commercial and private kitchens, Gina holds a deep understanding of all aspects of being a Chef. She enjoys being creative with her cooking, and is highly skilled in catering for dietary requirements and allergies. She now has her own catering business, where she often services UHNW events with bespoke menu planing and delicious, varied food.
