Russ is a Nanny/ family Assistant with over 13 consecutive years as a personal service professional, he has been working as a childcare specialist and private caregiver. As with his other professional roles, he work in tandem with Families, collaborating with parents, extended Family members, and other support folk in multi-staffed settings. His experiences working with children and Families span 20 years all across the western United States and including Cape Town, South Africa. He has a very strong background working with children under 3 including newborns. He also has a very unique background working with neurodiverse children including ASD, SPD, and Epilepsy.
