Developed BCPS’ first 40-hour RBT Training, leading to the certification of 2 cohorts of RBTs. Expert witness for BCPS in court cases. Varied experience in the design and implementation of all aspects of positive behaviour plans PreK through adults in school and home settings. Extensive experience designing/facilitating professional development in a variety of ABA/ESE topics at the district/school/agency level.
