Rachel is a professional Dog Trainer, and handler passionate about canine welfare and relationship-centred lifestyles. Qualified to advanced level as a pet dog training instructor (PDTI) with extensive experience in routine daily care including the physical and mental stimulation of a wide range of breeds/types of dogs at all life stages, plus a long working history within veterinary practices. A highly motivated, courteous and efficient individual, with a can-do attitude. Administratively adept, highly organised, and able to communicate with people on all levels including individuals of HNW / UHNW. Familiarity with residential and commercial London life, particularly well-travelled within West London and keen to relocate and commit to providing support to dogs and their household unit.

Kirk has extensive knowledge and experience working closely with a range of animals including dogs, cats, small animals, etc. He has exceptional communication skills, and teamwork skills, independently works to complete tasks to a high standard uses his initiative to complete extra jobs and is able to interact with both pet owners and the general public. He studied Animal Care and he also extended the Diploma in Animal Management. He also volunteers at London Zoo and taking care of pets have always been his passion.

Madeline is a lovely and smiling Pet Carer who has both trained and cared for the family dogs, she is running a dog training company with her partner. She specialises in extreme behavioural cases and security dogs offering both 1-1 and residential training. She has extensive experience caring for and managing multiple dogs of varying temperaments and sizes. She has clients across the United Kingdom. Before coming to the UK for her higher education, she lived in Brussels, Paris and Fontainebleau and travelled extensively in the Caribbean. She is both multicultural and multilingual. Her educational and professional experiences are diverse, and through this, she has developed a very open mind. Her approach to problem-solving and new experiences is practical, calm and flexible. She is self-motivated, ambitious, organised, and works well under pressure.
