I'm a Filipina working here in Taiwan as a caretaker for 9 years now. My first patient was 96 years old grandpa, half stroke. I have to carry him at the wheelchair. Got died at 99. My second patient was my lady boss, 59 years old with lung cancer also on a wheelchair and had to carry her also. And died after two years. My third patient was 96 years old grandpa, no sick, he just need someone will look for him 24/7.and died at 99. My current patient was 86 years old, diabetic and slight dementia. We only two people at the house, so I'm the only one do everything for her. Old patient was a little hard when it comes to patience, you must have long patience and lots of understanding.
