John has an impressive career as a Chef, having worked for 5* star Hotels and Private clients. He is a highly skilled Chef with more than 25 years. He has worked for British, Russian, and Middle Eastern Royal families. John is knowledgeable in cooking different cuisines, taking into consideration dietary requirements and allergies. He is flexible to adapt to last-minute changes and always tends to deliver to the highest standards. During his career he developed a deep knowledge of preparing popular, healthy and nutritious meals and adhoc snacks, using fresh, organic and special ingredients presented to a very high standard. He is constantly updating his knowledge about current trends, new products and cooking techniques which will benefit his kitchen in his day-to-day cooking.

Max is extremely creative and highly motivated chef. He gained experience for more than 11 years in private households, superyachts, 5 star kitchens, Michelin star and multiple Rosette awarded kitchens. He has high level organisational skills and definitely knows how to handle a knife. He has amazing teaching abilities and he is perfectly capable of managing his staff to deliver high quality food. Max is also the Co-founder of M.A.D Society that he started as a teenager. This is a listed Cancer Research UK society where he was responsible for recruiting new members, organising and promoting events to raise as much money as possible for this good cause.
