Algis-Dorit is a German Manager and Stewardess with more than 10 years of experience working on several yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean Sea taking care of the guests and organizing the rest of the staff. She has an extensive experience working as a Royal Palace Manager in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, managing sometime more than one palace at a time in their day to day, organizing the events held there, supervising and training from 28 to more than a hundred staff members, having a constant liaise with the Principals and the other responsible departments.
