He gained experience for more than 11 years in private households, superyachts, 5 star kitchens, Michelin star and multiple Rosette awarded kitchens. He has high level organisational skills and definitely knows how to handle a knife. He has amazing teaching abilities and he is perfectly capable of managing his staff to deliver high quality food. Max is also the Co-founder of M.A.D Society that he started as a teenager. This is a listed Cancer Research UK society where he was responsible for recruiting new members, organising and promoting events to raise as much money as possible for this good cause.
