Louisa is a Qualified, experienced and knowledgeable Norland Nanny with almost 15 years’ experience of working with children. She has worked in fully staffed homes, is totally at ease within an UHNW environment, and has an excellent ability to maintain professionalism throughout.
Louisa’s focus is and has always been on the welfare of the children in hr care, and she takes great pride in ensuring children in her care meet their developmental milestones.

Matilda has a wealth of childcare experience ranging from newborn through to seven years of age, acquired in a variety of settings including the home environment, nursery, mainstream and SEN schools. She is gentle, calm and warm with the children in her care and has many attributes that make her suitable for a nannying role. She is patient, kind, caring, positive and honest. Matilda works hard to build a good relationship with parents and children alike. She is skilled at listening to young children and empowering them to get their points of view across. She feels passionate about ensuring that the children in her care are active learners who feel nurtured and cared for, as this will have a positive impact on their self-esteem. She feels confident that over her three years at Norland, she developed childcare skills to the highest of standards.

She is an enthusiastic, empathetic and loyal individual and she prides herself on her strong morals which she bases on the experiences she has been fortunate enough to have. She is a wonderful and professional Nanny with a genuine passion for her job and she is ready to join a new family and deliver the highest standard of childcare services.

Carmelita is a passionate and professional Nanny educated by Norland College, she holds BA (HONS) in Early Childhood Studies and Diploma. She is a caring, relaxed and warm-hearted individual; invariably reliable and polite, approaching people and situations with respect and openness.
