Darren is a young chef of Filipino origin with 15 years of experience. From an early age, he was immersed in the world of cooking, inspired by his grandparents, who were chefs, and he developed a deep passion for gastronomy. In 2004, he moved to Milan, Italy, where he attended culinary school. He then worked in several renowned restaurants, including Giacomo Milano and Ristorante Il Cantinone. After his experience in Milan, he moved to Tuscany, on Elba Island, continuing his career as a chef at Ristorante Aquasalata and Emmanuel Bistrot di Mare. In the last three years he worked as a private chef for an Italian/Arabic HNW family travelling around Italy, Switzeland and UAE. His cuisine is rooted in classical tradition but enriched with innovation and creativity, resulting in original dishes that blend authentic flavors with modern techniques.

Also worked as a chef at Dreyfus Corporation, cooking daily for the CEO. She has been working as a private chef and catered events for a variety of clients, including many high-profile individuals and their families over the years. She has catered to many clients within the fashion industry, producing organic bespoke menus in the studio and on location - mainly for Vogue and Conde Nast Publications. She created the menus at Casananda Retreat took place in Italy, producing menus to suit each retreat, including Plant-based Vegetarian and Ayurvedic food. Always drawing from local organically farmed seasonal produce she works with quality suppliers to be able to deliver vibrant, healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.

Claudio has been in the culinary industry for over 20 years; his career started at the young age of 16 years old, working in pubs, hotels and restaurants while achieving NVQ 1 and 2 in hospitality and catering at Newcastle College in 1998 and completing an HND foundation degree in fine art at Leeds Metropolitan University in 2007. He then began to harmonise art and cooking into his own dishes. In 2011, he decided to travel and started working in a private luxury chalet in Switzerland during the winter season. This was a great experience for Claudio and trampoline to start his new career path as a private chef around Europe, gaining great satisfaction from complementary testimonials and happy clients.
