A Private Family is seeking an experienced, native Russian-speaking Nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter in a fully staffed household. The ideal candidate must have a clear and articulate manner of speaking to help the child develop her Russian language skills while also possessing basic English for daily communication. The role involves frequent international travel, so a passport that allows visa-free entry to multiple countries is highly preferred. The Nanny will be working on Rotation, following 1 month on and off. The Nanny will be sharing the room with the child.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care and ensure the child's well-being and development
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities to enhance language skills and cognitive growth
- Support and reinforce Russian language learning through play, storytelling, and structured lessons
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times, dressing, and bedtime
- Coordinate with other household staff, including the chef, housekeeper, and driver
- Travel with the family as needed, ensuring the child’s safety and comfort
- Native Russian speaker with clear pronunciation - Basic English skills (able to order food, taxis, etc.) - Previous experience as a nanny, governess, or educator in a similar role - Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without visa restrictions - Strong organizational and communication skills
