High Profile Family of four is looking for a Housekeeper and a Facility Manager/Gardener for their secondary home in St. Tropez.
Duties for her:
Professional cleaning of residence (high-quality furnishing)
Exclusive laundry care (silk, cashmere etc)
Errands and shopping (e.g. grocery shopping, taking special clothes to an official laundry store, post office etc.)
Breakfast preparation and occasional cooking
Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Coordination of one to two cleaning staff
Duties for Him:
Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and objects in the house and on the property
Technical versed (High-end technology throughout the whole residence - Heating, ventilation, sanitation)
Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway.
Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling)
Fluent in English, and/or in German Many years of professional experience as a Housekeeper and Gardener/Facility Manager in an upscale household / high-class / VIP environment Excellent references from previous employers Independend and proactive way of working Profound cleaning experience of high-quality materials (Marble, parquet / slate floor etc.) Valid EU passport Valid drivers license Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season / when technical problems occur Holiday must be taken in parallel with the Family During weekends there might be shift work (08:00-13:00 and 18:00-21:00). Cooking skills (e.g. for preparing breakfast and light / basic meals) High level of discretion, reliability, and responsibility Independent and proactive way of work Nice to have: Technical versed (High-end technology throughout the whole residence - Heating, ventilation, sanitation)
40 hours per week - availability on weekends & public holidays is necessary
8,000 € gross per month (Long-term working contract; Company car upon need; Holidays: 26-30 days/year)
