JOB DESCRIPTION

A lovely family is looking to hire a Full-time Live-out sole charge Nanny for their little boy who was born in October 2023.

Duties:
- Sole care of the baby while the parents are at work, incl. setting and executing routines: Feeding, dressing, changing, engaging in activities, setting and managing relevant appointments and development classes, executing daily bath/nighttime
- Occasional paid overnight support when parents are on work trips (expected to be <5 nights/month on average)
- Occasional paid overtime to support parents in executing their professional duties
- Travel to support parents on work/private trips and holiday travel

- An annual development budget can be agreed
- The family also employs a housekeeper

REQUIREMENTS

- Loving, caring, kind - Great levels of organisation/structure/problem-solving - Proactive and thoughtful/smart approach to managing daily duties; can-do attitude - Understands the demand for high-intensity jobs for parents and displays appropriate flexibility - Strong communication skills - Experience with newborns (5 years+) - Skilled in young child development and able to set boundaries - High energy and a positive mindset, fun to have around - Loves the outdoors, healthy, active - Fluent in English, second language skill (German or French) will be a plus

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, 8am to 7:30pm with Friday finishing at 6:30pm

SALARY OFFERED

£60,000+ gross per annum
