VIP, UHNW Family in Palm Beach is seeking a heart-centred, qualified Governess/Educator to join their family on a long-term basis. Incredible opportunity. Teaching experience is a MUST.

Details/Duties:
All Educator/Nanny duties
Leading daily blocks of play/learn/discover
Assisting with maintaining the child's bedtime & sleep schedule
Supporting cognitive, educational, and emotional development
Other childcare responsibilities as required
Some household support projects such as (packing, organising, ordering supplies, general cleanup, errands, etc.)
The ideal candidate:
- Enjoys cultivating educationally enriched care for young children during their formative years and staying informed on traditional and cutting-edge trends in child development
- Degree in ECE and prior Pre K / K teaching experience and curriculum development strongly desired
- Willingness and passion for continuing training, deepening professional development, and engaging in new educational modalities
The Ideal candidate for this unique opportunity should have a long-term related work experience and early childhood education background. The family is specifically looking for a mindful, creative, service-driven, intrinsically organised, and diplomatic professional to be a part of their family.
- Experience is essential: Ideally 20+ years of experience in a similar role - Experience supporting the early developmental milestones with children 2 years - 5 years of age - Montessori Trained or Certified with a strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices - Prior home schooling or in-classroom experience - Familiar with NAYES standards and practices - A strong grasp on motor, sensory, and communication development - Conscientious, mindful, seasoned, professional Governess/Nanny/Educator to support the ongoing care and development of little girl - Familiarity or certification in Steiner Education or Reggio Emilia is a plus - Strong command of English language and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Self directed, works independently, but also works well in a team - Outstanding checkable references - Mature, trustworthy, humble, responsible attitude and a positive mindset with a warm and gentle approach - Must be flexible throughout the night if needed
40-50 hours, Mon-Fri with occasional 6th day (must be flexible) - Rota might be an option
up to $120,000+ per year upon experience and qualifications
